Cancellation Policy
The 24-Hour Notice Rule: All scheduled sessions must be canceled or rescheduled at least 24 hours in advance. Sessions canceled with less than 24 hours' notice are forfeited and cannot be refunded or made up. All monthly package hours must be used within the billing month and do not roll over.
